Terms of sale

These terms apply to consumer purchases from Liquorice & Co., operated by Stéphane Lefebvre, SEL CONSULTING, 8 avenue Joffre, 92380 Garches, France, SIREN 429 930 985.

Products, prices and ordering

The product, quantity and price shown in the basket are confirmed before payment. Delivery cost and the available delivery method are shown before the customer enters Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation. If stock cannot be reconciled, the order will be investigated and the customer refunded where fulfilment is impossible.

TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.

Payment

Payment is securely handled by Stripe. The payment methods presented by Stripe depend on the customer, currency, location and the methods enabled for the merchant account. Liquorice & Co. does not receive or store full card details.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Delivery destination, cost and estimated business-day range are displayed before payment. Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify Liquorice & Co. that they are withdrawing, subject to the statutory exceptions. To exercise this right, email an unambiguous request to support@liquoriceandco.com with the order number, name, address and the items concerned. Do not return goods before receiving return instructions.
