Shipping and returns

Delivery information is calculated from the products in your basket and your destination. Enter the delivery country and postal code to see the available tracked service, price and estimated business-day range before Stripe Checkout opens.

Destinations, price and delivery estimate

The shop calculates delivery from the parcel weight and destination. The quote is checked again by the server when checkout starts, so the delivery amount shown in Stripe matches the accepted basket and destination. The displayed business-day range is an estimate for that destination.

Order preparation

An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation. The customer receives a confirmation email and the paid order becomes available for fulfilment. If payment fails, expires or is abandoned, the order is not treated as paid.

Tracking an order

Customers with a verified account can review paid orders in their order history. When a carrier, tracking number and tracking link have been recorded, those details and the current shipment status appear with the order.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify Liquorice & Co. that they are withdrawing, subject to statutory exceptions. Email support@liquoriceandco.com with your name, order number, delivery address, items concerned and the date of your request. Wait for return instructions before sending goods.

Cancellation requests

To request cancellation of a paid order, contact support immediately with the order number. Support will confirm whether preparation or shipment can still be stopped; sending a request does not itself confirm cancellation.

Damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Contact support promptly with the order number and a clear description of the problem. Include photographs if they would help explain the issue. Support will review the information and provide the applicable next steps.
